If The Local Media Had Any Stones They'd Award This Couple Business People Of The Year

The Roskovich Family never gave up. Against ALL ODDS they never slowed down, cutting us off at the knees and shutting all bars and restaurants down.

While we all fought back, Pete and his Family self marketed through social media and the community came forward and supported their business through carry out.

Most people today would've given up. Being a part of this experience I've watched so many bar and restaurant owners come together with outside dining in so many creative ways. Even though the income was extremely minimal, these bars and restaurants were forced to make even more serious investments for outside tables, chairs, lighting, you name it.

Support your local bars and restaurants. Go see what the Roskovich Family did at Adams Ribs and Black Diamond in Fruitland. In fact, visit EVO, Rodie Joe's, Market Street Inn, they could all use the support.

Thanks for setting the bar Roskovich Family. You've set the perfect example of how American's should act and how we can and will survive against all odds. For that you deserve Business People of the Year.

  3. I have never eaten dinner on a parking lot before BUT dinner was well worth eating on a parking lot. The food very good and service was outstanding. When you see the owner, Pete, running you know the business will make it. Buy local eat local...can't beat it!

  5. Sending kids to prep school and living in million dollars home never hurts until it does. Thanks for never knowing my name, talking to me or even making eye contact after ten years of supporting your business. Sorry but I don’t feel sad for you.

    1. Also, thanks for refusing to honor my gift card that was paid for with cash because you changed systems. I’ll never go back and I’ve been a customer since Rosko’s Reef.

  7. Pete catered our wedding. Everyone had compliments for the food, presentation and service. It was truly a great decision on our part, both selecting Pete and getting married which occurred almost eighteen years ago.
Goes to show it you do it right, marriage and business it lasts!
