No. Only 25% of the cases and 20% of California’s number of deaths. However, current number shown for new cases is 1.7 times greater than current number for California.

DeleteNo, according to this chart California has 13,929 cases and 321 deaths. Maryland has 3609 cases and 67 deaths. It does show MD has more reported new cases on that day. This isn’t a very hard chart to understand
ReplyDeleteIt only shows that MD has more new cases because it is not an end of the day chart. CA is several hours behind MD and reports in several batches. Please look at more complete data sets by clicking on the tab that says yesterday at that website.

DeleteIt's because there are more immigrants in California. Immigrants do not come forward. They are afraid. Most hospitals tell you to stay home - nothing they can do for you unless you are near death.
ReplyDeleteThe virus started on the West Coast. They are way ahead of the east coast with mitigation measures. We are not yet there where they are now. Mitigation measures have to be given a chance to work before the results can be measured.
ReplyDelete12:23 Biden and Delaware are sick, in office in Delaware for decades then vice president to a racist President and he talks about Maryland. MD loved him and was proud of him for years including myself till he became vice president and especially since 2016 election we now know the lobotomy didn't work they removed all of his brain.
