Delete@1:21 PM - In addition to 1:48's response, those HIV cases (and all STDs) fell under Indiana's many county health departments, all of which were completely funded for communicable disease outbreaks.

And now he is saying China did everything they could do about the virus. That they weren't in "the wrong" at all. Well, you just keep on funding Planned Parenthood and WHO Mr. Gates, and we'll use tax money for better things.
