ReplyDeleteOn Monday, I announced that we have activated the Maryland Responds Medical Reserve Corps, a force of dedicated and trained medical volunteers who are ready to assist in a public health emergency. We are urging Marylanders to sign up at mdresponds.health.maryland.gov.
Thanks will try to sign up but the issue of expired certification hopefully will be Waived or they will be wasting essential personal.
DeleteThat’s NOT the National Guard 7:32. Military Combat Support Hospitals are Pre packaged ready made to be transported and set up for an expeditionary force. They include triage units, multiple 50 bed infirmary units, surgical suites, and a force provider expeditionary which houses latrines, showers and a kitchen. They can be set up and operational within hours and are completely stand alone self sufficient.
ReplyDeleteThere is no excuse why these are not being utilized immediately to segregate and quarantine patients. Plop one down in the PRMC parking lot and contain this Wuhan Corona Pandemic. These patients should NOT interfere with regular hospital operations or potentially infect and kill others that are immune compromised. That is just STUPID.

We all understood that the numbers would go up this week with the availability of testing. And his over used "unprecedented" is just another work for they don't know what they are doing.

First question. Why did you give up your certification in the first place?
Second question. What is being done that EMT's and "medics" are needed for?
If you gave up your EMS certification and you have to ask Hogan to waive credentials I don't want you treating me. You were always one of those cardholders that were worthless as sh!t in the field. No thanks!
