ReplyDeleteThe peace sign is actually quite ironic. It originated from English Longbowman who when captured in war often had their archery fingers removed as to not be able to present a future threat in wars. When they faced an enemy where it was practiced they would raise two fingers to show they were still able to draw and kill.
