    It isn't their turn.
    The elite like to take 8 year intervals between changing the character of POTUS.
    They carefully choose POTUS who is truly a Hollywood-style actor in modern times.

    POTUS's script is carefully written to maintain maximum control over the population.
    Americans are so dumbed down now that they will believe anything their POTUS tells them.
    Well, at least the majority of them will believe it.
    And that's all that matters in a Communist Military Dictatorship!
