  1. That bridge should be Welded SHUT !!!
It is Not needed to open anymore this day & time & the big
boats should simply be made to stay on the Ocean side of
    the bridge !!!
Auto traffic is Too heavy for the open design & has been for
along time now !!! It is disaster in the summer to open it !!!

There is No need for any Large boats with anything high on it
to be going over to the Bay side of the bridge & there are Not
many that currently stay over there either & No need to be there

Plenty of room on the Ocean side were they Belong !!!

  3. Big waist of money to keep opening a damn outdated bridge !!!
Big disruption in the summer backing up traffic for miles for
One damn boat to go under the bridge !!!

  4. 12:18. Have you lost your mind? Do you know how much business those large boat owners bring to town?

  5. People who don’t know the difference between waist and waste really aren’t smart enough to comment on this.

  8. No, it should be welded OPEN. That way it won't carry the thongs of jerks into OC. Do something to the Rt. 90 bridge too! All help greatly appreciated by the entire Eastern Shore other than the money grubbers in OC.

  9. 1218. I’ll be sure to not slow down for your skiff/pontoon that thinks the bridge is opening for you and slowing us all down from a smooth transition through the bridge. please call all the large marinas on inlet side and let me know who has all this space!?? For the roughly 100 + boats docked bay side! And just so you know the bridge has to be operational per coast guard. So let them and the town know it should be welded shut so no one can get through for a life saving rescue or the white marlin scales

  10. Never stuck open work being done that can only be done when it's open. Scheduled to be done with several openings throughout a 3 day time span as apposed to closing bridge for a day and making people cry more than what they are doing now.
