  1. Amazing Hogan has again screwed MD citizens again. Hogan always backs the Democrats. Why is this tax being proposed? IS it because of the Kirwan plan? MD citizens should give up voting since the MD Republican Party never puts any candidate up to challenge these Liberal Communist Democrats. MD is just like NY an California.

  10. This is a proposal. It has not be voted into law. Hogan has stated publicly that he won't support the bill.
