'He's so worried it's going to be me he got himself in this mix to begin with.' Joe Biden slams Donald Trump ahead of impeachment vote and says upcoming Iowa caucuses are 'going to be really close'

Former Vice President Joe Biden cast himself as the most formidable Democrat to go up against President Trump, as he continued to slam the president in the hours leading up to the expected impeachment vote.

'He's so worried it's going to be me he got himself in this mix to begin with,' Biden told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos.

Stephanopoulos had brought up comments Trump made Thursday night during his campaign rally in Des Moines, Iowa, which was meant to suck attention away from the Democratic presidential candidates, including Biden, who will participate in Monday's Iowa caucuses.

  1. Biden is delusional and so is any Democrat that votes for him. His days in the public eye and as a presidential candidate will soon be done and over. He needs to sit back and pause before he and his son are tried in court. Maybe history will be kinder to him if he faces facts and retires from any public life. His advisors and family need to make him aware through his own public displays and recordings he has lost in dementia or full blown Alzheimers.

  4. Biden doesn't know the difference between Iran and Iraq and Syria. I wonder if he knows what country he's running for president in. Maybe Ukraine?
Seriously, he is not well mentally.

  6. Joe, Joe, Joe. You are embarrassing the entire Eastern Shore with your actions and words. Please stop. We have enough of a bad image already, we don't need or WANT you making it worse.

  7. Way back in 2008 Slow Joe, with 34 years in the Senate, garnered less than 1% of Iowa caucus votes to finish in fifth place. Around 8,000 votes, IIRC. That was curtains for him that go round. But if he continues to hone his pitch and ground game he could give Stacy Abrams a real challenge in 2040.

  8. Aside from not a good honest candidate he is not fit to the world leader. It's over Biden. Sit back and watch the world go by. You did your damage. You and Obama should move to Iran.
