  1. Hard to imagine one kid doing that to another kid...

  2. A tragedy for 2 families. So sad. This can only be explained by looking at how American values and the nuclear family construct have eroded over the years. 16 year old's shooting each other- it's not the same country i grew up in.

  4. I dont know this kid at all never met him. But I remember getting into fights as a kid. With my best friend at that. I wouldn't want to kill him he's my best friend. But....if we are both angry at each other and fighting I'm not gonna stop until I know he isnt gonna get up and try to whoop my but again. What if the dead kid just wouldn't stop. I'm not defending him I'm just saying we ALL have to be careful out here guys! I'm sure he didnt WANT to kill his best friend.

    1. 8:49- Your meaning of friendship actually resembles more that of a bully A-hole! Beating someone until they can't get up is not being careful, not what friends do, and shows you have issues. You're mentally insane!

  6. 8:49, he didn't kill him right away. He was paralyzed and he sat in the woods hurt for 2 days. THEN he went back and killed him. That's just evil and premeditated. For him to only get 2nd degree is a crime in itself.

  7. Come on people. You know the saying, "Boys will be boys"
It was a schoolyard tussle. Cut them a little slack.

  9. All about lack of family values. But wait, maybe this is theirs.
