U.S. Army Preparing To ‘Move Out’ Of Iraq, Report Says

The United States Army has informed Iraq this week that it is preparing to “move out” of the country, according to an official letter.

The AFP news agency reported: “BREAKING US army tells Iraq it is preparing to ‘move out’: official letter.”

In a non-binding vote, the Iraqi parliament voted on Sunday to expel all foreign forces out of the country.

  1. I hope they drop a few bombs on their way out. No reason to leave a perfectly good base there that WE paid for. Blow it to bits.

  2. I fully agree, 3:40, but I doubt if they will. Hopefully they will at least remove all the useful stuff that the bad guys would collect up and use against us like they have in the past.

But blowing the place up as they leave would be a lovely gesture, don't you think?

  3. "..the Iraqi parliament voted to expel all foreign forces out of the country."

Right. I wonder if that includes the thousands of Iranians. Probably not.

  4. Of course, if they do let the 100,000+ Iranian forces stay in the country, that does make a certain statement, wouldn't you say?

  6. POTUS know what he's doing...this incident was 'Deep State' connected and he knows this...he has them backed into a corner and they are continually being exposed for their corrupt, evil deeds. It's fun to watch the moves and countermoves and to watch them crouch in fear...

  7. If your didnt realize that iran is deeply rooted in irac's government....you havent been paying attention. That base is critical to monitoring iran. If we leave it it will be destroyer when iran moves into it.

  13. Iran and Iraq fought a bloody war several decades ago. Both sides used their troops as cannon fodder. If we remove our forces get ready for Iran v Iraq II. If that's the case we should not go back.

The comparatively free government Iraq has today was won for them by our presence. Kind of doubt they'll enjoy being vassals of Iran.

  14. Northwest Woodsman: I’m all for removing our troops from everywhere in the Middle East and let those seventh century clowns deal with their own problems. Our problem is that too many ignorant politicians view these people as though they are a mirror image of us and just need a little encouragement for them to embrace democracy and be , god forbid, just like the U.S.

    1. What you miss is that these folks ARE a mirror image of us. Ruled by factions of elite while the majority of the population lives at the edge (or in) poverty. The elites keep a constant conflict going so they can always blame foreigners for their domestic ills and make the claim that the elites are the only thing keeping the country alive. Whether its a religious or nationalist string, the people get played like a fiddle all day every day

  15. They have something we don't, a sincere belief in God. And that characteristic is why they will revolt and die for a cause while we sit and cry in the face of tyranny.
