Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) announced on Friday if Democrats DO NOT deliver their articles of impeachment to the US Senate as is required by the US Constitution he will introduce a measure to dismiss Pelosi’s slapdash articles of impeachment on Monday January 6th.
Nancy Pelosi was on notice
She had three days to decide but did not act.
Senator Hawley, the former Attorney General in Missouri, tweeted this warning out on Thursday.

ReplyDeleteThe Constitution rules.
ReplyDeletePelosi is between that rock and the hard place. With the coverage on national TV and cable outlets the Democrats are looking more and more foolish while seeming to be delaying under the guise of strategy.
ReplyDeleteConstitution does not have a time line.

ReplyDeleteThe founders did not have a timeline listed, as it's a given the charges were to be immediately given to Senate. Not the crap show Pelosi is allowing; where did the great hurry she was in go to?
11:53 , Who's "given" ? fool
ReplyDeleteShe wants it to be Dismissed so Her criminals won't have to
ReplyDeletetestify Under-Oath in the stand, in the senate, Exposing them !
The whole reason in the first place for the stalling going on !!!!
The constitution allows for 25 days for the articles to be transmitted to the senate - she will hold out as long as she can in the hopes of being able to find something they can use. In the end, it will be dismissed, POTUS will be exonerated, and the Democrats will attempt to launch another attack, but this time, the election will be in the way. POTUS will remain, the Republican Senate will pick up a few seats and maintain the majority, and the Democrats will take a beating in the house - ahhh, just another day in the office
ReplyDeleteWHERE the Hell is the Supreme Court NOW !!!! ??? Dugh !!!
