Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) announced on Friday if Democrats DO NOT deliver their articles of impeachment to the US Senate as is required by the US Constitution he will introduce a measure to dismiss Pelosi’s slapdash articles of impeachment on Monday January 6th.

Nancy Pelosi was on notice
She had three days to decide but did not act.

  2. Pelosi is between that rock and the hard place. With the coverage on national TV and cable outlets the Democrats are looking more and more foolish while seeming to be delaying under the guise of strategy.

The founders did not have a timeline listed, as it's a given the charges were to be immediately given to Senate. Not the crap show Pelosi is allowing; where did the great hurry she was in go to?

  8. The constitution allows for 25 days for the articles to be transmitted to the senate - she will hold out as long as she can in the hopes of being able to find something they can use. In the end, it will be dismissed, POTUS will be exonerated, and the Democrats will attempt to launch another attack, but this time, the election will be in the way. POTUS will remain, the Republican Senate will pick up a few seats and maintain the majority, and the Democrats will take a beating in the house - ahhh, just another day in the office
