34 US troops diagnosed with concussions, TBIs from Iran missile strike, Pentagon says
A Pentagon spokesman on Friday confirmed that at least 34 U.S. troops were diagnosed with concussions or traumatic brain injuries from the Iran missile strike in Iraq. Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Rath Hoffman told reporters that of those diagnosed with concussions or TBIs:
8 were sent to Germany for treatment, then moved to the U.S. for additional care;
9 were sent to Germany and were still being treated there as of Friday;
1 was sent to Kuwait and then returned to Iraq;
16 were diagnosed in Iraq and returned to duty there.
Reporting this stuff just gives Iran bragging rights. And how, oh how, those Mullahs do like bragging rights. So does Trump. But I think Trump trumped them with the bragging rights.
