Incident: Homicide Investigation
Date of Incident: December 14, 2019
Location: 1700 Block of Dale Lane, Salisbury, Maryland
Victim: Stefon Hagans, 31 Year Old Male of Salisbury, MD
Narrative:
On December 14, 2019, at approximately 2:00 A.M. deputies of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1700 Block of Dale Lane, Salisbury, MD in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies located the victim, identified as Stefon Hagans of Salisbury, MD with a gunshot wound. Hagans was transported to Peninsula Regional Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries. Detectives from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division arrived on scene and took over the investigation. The investigation is currently on-going.

DeleteSorry if the truth hurts 10:31. This guy has been a criminal for most of his life. Why should we send condolences? He chose the lifestyle that ultimately cost him his life. I don't feel sorry for him at all.

Known Stef most of my life. Very good guy and even better parent. His lifestyle didn’t cost him his life a disgusting human being did. Just as digusting as those of you judging a dead man you don’t know.

ReplyDeleteSalisbury is more dangerous than 98% of cities in the United States. That's not a fake number, that's the real statistic percentage we fall in. Most of us that have been here all of our lives are desensitized to that fact.
Most acts of violence have a precursor. Do not take light any threats someone may make against you and be prepared to deal with it in whatever fashion you choose. Just don't think because it's a small city they aren't serious.
