Suspect, 30, is indicted for murder after 'stabbing a man, 28, who cut in line for Popeyes' infamous chicken sandwich at Maryland store'

A man accused of fatally stabbing a customer outside a Popeyes restaurant in Maryland last month has been indicted by a grand jury.

Ricoh McClain, 30, of Washington, DC is facing charges of common law murder and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, Prince George's County State's Attorney Aisha N Braveboy announced Tuesday.

McClain allegedly stabbed 28-year-old Kevin Tyrell Davis to death outside the Popeyes in Oxon Hill on November 4.

    wow. imagine what kind of animal would kill someone for a piece of chicken? and he didn`t even get his chicken because he had to flee to avoid the cops.

    Oxon Hill has become one scary place, but it was once a very desirable bedroom community for DC, hugging the Potomac River. For those who don't know where it is, it's a few miles southeast of SE DC, the most crime ridden parts of the city.
    They started building section 8 housing down there 30+ years ago to get some of the 'good citizens' of DC out of the crime sections.
    Now you see what happens when politicians are in control of social engineering.
    You can take a leopard out of the jungle but you just can't get the jungle out of the leopards.

    Popeye has done a fantastic job with these fake internet stories. Their sales are up 25% this year from the launch of the new chicken sandwich
