Rasmussen on Drudge Report: 'We don't think Matt is there anymore.'

Rasmussen Reports, the influential polling company, tweeted Saturday their belief that Matt Drudge has sold and is no longer running the titanic news aggregator that bears his name, the Drudge Report.

If the Drudge Report has indeed been sold, this would explain the shift in the site's tone. It would also be a major story, as the Drudge Report is a powerful driver of traffic.

  8. Who needs Drudge when you have SBYNews. Since I have been visiting SBYnews on a regular basis I stopped going to the Drudge report. SBYNews has a lot of the same stories but also has local mixed in. Don't really need to go anywhere else.
