Last night at the Wicomico County council Meeting.....
Larry Dodd, Wicomico County Councilman was elected as President of the Wicomico County Council. John Cannon, elected as Vice President of the Wicomico County Council.

ReplyDeleteI’ve only been around Larry at baseball games his son was playing in. All I heard from him was complaining, nothing suited him, there weren’t any suggestions of corrective actions that didn’t include him or his boy. Baseball is the game of life, I have zero respect for him. His son, fortunately, is a stand up young man that is accepted by his piers.

ReplyDeleteI'd be happy if they would "cut the contract" making Comcast the monopoly for cable T.V. in Wicomico county. Instead John Cannon signs the new contract every time he gets a renewal, surely with a new BMW in his driveway courtesy of Comcast.
ReplyDeleteThey raise prices at any time as they feel like it. With the latest increase, after they kept us on by "customer retention" deals. It's no longer affordable. Hopefully many more will cut the cord.
Verizon is also much cheaper with internet we've found out.

ReplyDeleteTell Larry we are disappointed in Nicole. Cannon needed to be ushered out the back door. He has created so much animosity in the county. Gail Bartkovich did the right thing years ago to get rid of Cannon. Sherree sample Hughes became Vice President of the Council. That’s what should have happened last night. But cannon bullied Nicole.
ReplyDeleteAs a Republican I commend Ms. Acle for doting the right thing and voting for her Party. She would have lost my vote in the 2020 election less than a year away! I despise Cannon but I despise McCain and Democrats more. Me. Cannon is history.
