    What is in Berlin that everyone there is intoxicated ? It's not really a great place to hang out and party. Kind of old fashioned and stuffy with a lot of shabby chic gals in belted sweater dresses and Nazi boots and too much make up. Everything white washed and teal including their eye lids.
