    He is saying those opposed to his bills "may" have a chance to speak out against the bills. Then again the legislature "may not" let them speak out against the bills. Wouldn't surprise me if they don't vote on them late at night, early morning hours so people won't be there to oppose them!!

    Sanctuary counties in VA should pursue a recall of this confirmed racist. It's clear he's gone all in on stomping out the 2nd Amendment. Guessing the VA Oath of Office includes an affirmation of supporting the Constitution which he's clearly abandoned.

    Virginia's Founding Fathers of the Revolution are disgusted by how Virginia has sunk.
