Suspect: Nicholas D. Lopez, 21, Bivalve, MD
Narrative: On 10 November 2019 at 5:38 PM, a deputy attempted to strop a vehicle operated by Nicholas Lopez for erratic driving and crossing the center line. As Lopez pulled to a stop, he jumped from the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot. The deputy caught up with and quickly detained Lopez before he got too far.
The deputy discovered that Lopez’s privilege to drive a vehicle was both suspended and revoked and Lopez stated that he attempted to tun away because he feared going to jail.
The deputy transported Lopez to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Lopez on a $3,000 unsecured bond.

Suspects:
- Jeffery McKinley Stuart, 57, Pittsville, MD
- Brittany Nicole Starns, 30, Salisbury, MD
The deputy placed both Stuart and Starns under arrest and transported them to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the District Court Commissioner released Starns on Personal Recognizance while releasing Stuart on an unsecured bond of $20,000.00.

Location: Old Ocean City Rd at Main Street, Pittsville, MD
Suspect: Heather A. Smith, 32, Pittsville, MD
Narrative: On 11 November 2019 a deputy stopped a vehicle on Old Ocean City Road after observing the vehicle traveling unusually slow and impeding the flow of regular traffic. Upon contacting the two occupants, the deputy observed they were both overtly nervous in the presence of the uniformed deputy. During an investigation into the occupant’s activities, the deputy requested the passenger Heather Smith to step from the vehicle. It was at this point the deputy noticed that Smith was visibly shaking as she exited the car. During the subsequent encounter, the deputy recovered a smoking device, crack cocaine and other related paraphernalia from Smith. SBYNEWS

So I am driving around with no headlights wondering why it is so dark before I realized what has happened.
Why can't they just live my settings alone?
