The incident occurred on November 7, 2019 at approximately 9:37 p.m., when Troopers were dispatched to an accident in the area of Conley Chapel Road south of Beaver Dam Road, Lewes. Upon arrival, Troopers discovered a dark gray GMC Sierra had been involved in a single vehicle crash where the vehicle traveled off the roadway and rolled over. Upon contact with the driver of the Sierra, 56-year-old Cheryl S. Surber, an odor of alcohol was detected and a DUI investigation ensued.
Surber was taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 7. A computer check revealed that Surber had five previous DUI convictions, making this her 6th arrest. Surber was charged with the following:
- 6th Offense Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
- Driving While Suspended or Revoked
cant wait till she gets her 7th, 8th, and 9th 🙄
ReplyDeleteWhy is that 2:32 ? Such an ignorant response
DeleteDelaware! nuff said.
ReplyDeleteHow hard was that?? Her sixth offense?? All cops do is FOLLOW her around knowing her history. If you look it up. It's probably the same cop in all of her arrest's.
ReplyDeleteMaybe when she kills someone they will jail her and Make her get help to get sober...NO MORE driving privileges. PERIOD!!!
ReplyDeleteDamn she sobered up mighty damn quick. She doesn't even look buzzed
ReplyDeleteWhy 6 times is there not a nuisance violation and danger to the community law are you waiting on her to kill someone driving her vehicle. This is ridiculous. Give her a stiff jail term.
