    Dr. Donna Hanlin and her greedy Democrat Teachers Union are praying that the County's and the Governor will bow to this thievery and raise taxes to fund their frivolous pay raises and the free babysitting service called Pre-K. Ask John Cannon and Bill McCain, they are telling Mike Dunn and the Greater Salisbury Committee that Wicomico County is going to be raising taxes.

    Been saying that. Hogan agreed with this BS from Kirwan Commission since Kirwan was his buddy and this Commission put out a great plan for the education in MD until everybody started complaining then Hogan, the chameleon, changed his tune.
