Baltimore's Mayor hopes 'colder weather' will keep gang members inside

BALTIMORE (WBFF) - Today, Baltimore Mayor Jack Young addressed the city's crime and his plan to tackle it.

He said Police Commissioner Michael Harrison's plan is showing signs of working, and he says he's hopeful the cold winter will keep gang members inside and off the streets.

"As you know, it's like planting a flower. In the winter, it dies, and it comes back," he said. "I'm hoping with the colder weather, they will stay inside, watch TV and help kids with homework."

  3. Now there is a plan. Why haven’t others thought of this? Maybe the sun will shine and blind them. Maybe it will rain and they will melt. Duuuuhhhhh.

  8. Sounds like a plan. Indoor shoot outs will help contain some of the flying lead; on the other hand ricochets may increase.

Harm City continues to be led by a succession of geniuses!

Dream on Mayor Young. 3rd Grade math would be way over their heads even if they gave this a thought
