WCSO Press Release - Oct 11, 2019
Incident: Possession of Crack Cocaine
Date of Incident: 8 October 2019
Location: 200 block of Lake Street, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Lydebreion D. Stanley, 21, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 8 October 2019 at 2:51 AM, a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Lydebreion Stanley for a traffic violation on Lake Street. Upon stopping, Stanley exited his vehicle and attempted to walk away but was stopped by the deputy from leaving. During the encounter Stanley displayed overt nervousness and made inconsistent statements regarding his activities. The deputy also discovered that the temporary Delaware license plate displayed on Stanley’s vehicle was not only expired, but was supposed to be on a different vehicle. During a subsequent search of Stanley’s vehicle, the deputy recovered what was identified as crack cocaine.
The deputy placed Stanley under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Stanley on Personal Recognizance.
Charges: Possession of Crack Cocaine, Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, Displaying an Expired Registration
How about that crime Jake day
ReplyDeleteJake is more concerned about Facebook selfie,
Deletewearing higher rank bars on his collars with his part time military job
cleaning latrines in the military,
sleeping with transgenders
than doing his job as mayor
Northwest Woodsman: Obviously another victim of the system. If it were not for those pesky traffic and drug laws, vehicle registration and a requirement for a license, this poor victim could have gone on his way and enjoyed the rest of his day. ( I’m trying a new approach since my previous one lacked sensitivity and I spent time writing comments that failed to pass the moderator.)
ReplyDeleteSometimes it happens to me too Northwest Woodsman
DeleteCommissioner released Stanley on Personal Recognizance.-----AL KINDS OF CHARGES----NO BAIL POSTED --------- FREE TO GO ON HIS MERRY WAY
