    at one time in Ocwan city
    this area was sand, trees, wide life...with a few beach houses

    BUT >>> torn down for the MONEY PROFIT GOAL

    there is no where for that water to seep in the ground or go to
    so....downtown floods again


    but....build more motels, restaurants, YADA YADA YADA
