Sounds good at first till you read, "Sentencing was postponed pending the completion of a pre-sentencing investigation". Meaning it won't be 15 years at all !
More Political BS, makes the papers and the court look good but does very little to combat crime.
Northwest Woodsman: worked in the criminal justice system for a career and firmly believe that after the third and definitely the fourth rap sheet entry it should read DECEASED! By that time they have established themselves as career criminals and society would be better off without them.

Read it again..it says sentencing HAD been postponed...he got 15 years.. unfortunately, he could parole out after serving only 25 percent...

ReplyDeleteHe got 15 years but the sentencing will be 5 active and 10 suspended! Then out in 3 due to overcrowding.
