    I was at the Wi-Hi football game tonight and there was a kid playing kicker for Wi-Hi who played sports at Parkside High School for the last 3 years and he still lives in Parkside's school district. How the heck did he transfer and how does he get to play for Wi-Hi this year? The Board of Education mandated that all transfer students sit out a year if they plan on playing sports. Did this policy change and how did this kid get special permission to transfer and play sports when many other student athletes have been denied.
