Jake Day: I have just the solution!

Salisbury Resident: Don't say bike path.

Jake Day: ... ... ... See you at next year's neighborhood walk!

  7. Looks like Jake Day is gearing up to get the students at Salisbury University to vote for him just like Barrie Tilghman used to do. Remember how Barrie and Bubba Comegys used the Slum Lords to scare the student renters into voting for them? Remember how Barrie and Bubba and the Democrats got the dumb, young college students to vote often even if they weren't permanent residents. Sounds like they are up to their old tricks again.

  8. If Muir Boda admitted that he was supporting and voting for Democrat Jake Day then the Maryland Republican Central Committee needs to get involved and remove him from his elected position as the Vice President of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee. It is against the By-Laws of the Central Committee to endorse a Democrat.

  10. What is he trying to accomplish - oh an election year - I get it. Slumming to get re - elected. Where is he when it isn't an election year? I bet he does care what your neighborhood's concerns are when not running for office. Did he ask anyone about bike paths, Folk festival. This person is a FAKE. He doesn't care what your concerns are - you know that. Jake the Fake.

  19. You notice this only walk is in a better neighborhood ,compare the area in the picture to the Presidents Neighborhood Assoc. Oh that's right you would need the SPD right by your side and a patrol car or two. When the neighborhood Assoc walked we had 2 officers with us, and WBOC even carried cameras to catch the thugs running up to us and posted it in the Daily Times. But guess who was always there Jim Ireton, and visited the neighborhood often and had a Mayors Roundtable for supporting us all. JAKE SPELL FAILURE THAT'S WHAT YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!! WAYNE KING CAN'T WAIT TILL NOVEMBER!!!!!!

Can someone tell me why County Executive Culver wasn't invited to address the new students?

Could it be that the new college President Wight is a Progressive liberal just like Jake Day is?

They overlooked a fulltime county executive for a small town, parttime mare. Those poor kids are going to be indoctrinated with Jake Day and now Lesbian Julia Glanz teaching classes at Salisbury University.

Don't believe everything you see, hear or read on Nextdoor.

Appears the local "nextdoor" platform is simply an extended arm of the Day political machine. A member asked the question - who is Wayne King, to which other members chirped in with, "never spoke to him but I heard", "a friend of a friend told me", "never met the guy but I was told", all rumors and gossip.

A couple of members stood up for the guy and politely squashed the innuendo only to have their comments quickly deleted.

One asked where their comments went, only to be deleted.

Michele Gregory whined about Mr. Kings "rabid followers" only to be outted for her social media antics - those comments swiftly deleted.

I guess the moderators want their members to be uninformed and uneducated.

    So much for civil discourse.

Some time this spring, Wayne King was kicked off the site for talking politics. A few complained because they found it uninteresting and detracted from their rants on feral cats, but I guess the topic is back on the approved list since the topic is him?

Goes to show you Gregory's lack of brain power.
His "rabid followers" could also be constituents in her own district who have a choice between a bad blogger and her.

So to slam an opponent that she isn't even running against she insults her base?

    Not very bright is she

  34. Someone needs to report Muir Boda to the Maryland Republican Central Committee for openly admitting that he was voting for the Liberal, Progressive Democrat Jake Day during a Wicomico County Republican Central Committee meeting.

By the way, the Committee Chair Mark McIver do anything about Muir during the meeting?

  35. Jake has never visited any neighborhoods but the ones he cares about the ones with low crime and big expensive homes and beautiful landscaped yards. Remember the neighborhoods just off Rt 13 the ones with the chained linked fences you didn't want, the ones in the neighborhoods where your FESTIVAL is going to be held, the ones near the nasty Wicomico River with all the dead critters float. The 2 dead bodies have floated in since your last festival. Nothing ever heard on the one that floated during last years festival and recent months, no coroner report or names of who they were but I guess you just don't care. I understand Bru River is going to host another boat docking event this month better hope no bodies come to the surface could make that event front page news. Get a grip your days are numbered in office you never had a clue as to what Salisbury really needed, marking our calendar days off till the election.
