As the beer and liquor distributors roll in I'm excited to announce our new draft system now complete at the Pool Bar. Land Shark, EVO3, Bud, Bud Lt., Natural Lt. and Mich Ultra are now on tap. Come see what all the excitement is about. It's Beer O'clock at Caribbean Joe's.
Seriously, does your staff know how to make a Manhattan and serve it “Up”? If so, is it available in a glass container rather than a plastic cup? This has been a reason why i seldom go to the OC Legion.
4:47, please. Do you use glass drinking glasses in your bathroom? Would you ever walk barefoot around a public pool where broken glass might be present on the concrete deck or pool bottom?
Take your properly mixed "up" Manhattan and squirt up your Ho-Ho-Kus.
Re: 4:47PM Post 166 pushes cheap canned beer, chips, and disposable dinnerware. The contrast with the local Elks of recent have pushed more expensive adult beverage (compared to the local economy) with lots of ice and glass containers. You can be cheap. You can be quality. It's hard to be both so you end up defining the audience you want to serve by ending up somewhere in between.
4:06, coldest beer in town. 4:47, we're a "pool bar" so we can't serve drinks in glass. Web can inside but you cannot hit the pool deck area with any kind of glass.
It’s about damn time!!!! Now have the temperature between 38 - 45 degrees Fahrenheit and we will show up.....and help you pay for the system!
ReplyDeleteLots of bikers in town may have to get a banner plane going!

@743. So walking barefoot on broken glass works if you drink Manhattans "up"? Oh, and of a higher class than an Elk?

ReplyDeleteI understand at the pool deck but it won’t be pool deck weather much longer.
DeleteJust a suggestion about draft beer at big events. This from a Daytona Beach bartender. You can sell 3 cans in the time it takes to draw one draft.
