  2. Birth Rite Citizenship needs to go. Just because you drop a foal in the US does not make that foal a US citizen.....who later will file to have the family come to the US and be on all sorts of welfare. Just because the hospital bed she/he was born in was in the US. Get rid f it. There are only a couple of countries still doing this for a reason

  4. The 14th. says,
    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.
    This is the part no one seems to understand, ". . . "and" subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein ..."
    AND subject to the jurisdiction there of...". How can the child be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, being born of people who snuck into the our country? It's impossible. It does not say they "ARE" subject to the jurisdiction thereof, it says born here AND subject to the jurisdiction. Therefore they have to meet TWO requirements to be citizens. Born here AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof.Their parents are here ILLEGALLY. So therefore the 14th. does not apply to them.
