    They use the Christmas light plugs downtown to charge up their cell phones! All paid for on my dime! Ship these bums to Delaware!

    To all you liberal progressive assholes that are defending this go screw yourselves. This is how it all starts and before you know it Salisbury will be a miniature version of San Francisco. If Jake day and all you liberals want this type of behavior allow them to do it on your property and your dime. Why in the hell should all be subjected to witnessing homeless people taking baths in public? I thought Jake was renovating the city bought property on Newtown street for this ridiculousness? Where'd that money go so fast, oh I forgot his f** festival is upon us again. All I can say is Salisbury you've got some serious repercussions coming home to roost

      You gotta point there. The more you get used to seeing it, and become desensitized to it, you'll never notice it creeping in like a cancer.
      Until one day you wake up and can't drive downtown without seeing people shittin' and pissin' all over the place. They need to move the library into the old Kmart building on Rt 50.

    Bet it's just a very early arrival for the folked fest. Thanks to the bike lanes traveresing the peninsula made travel a jiffy.
