CAMBRIDGE — A 30-year-old Cambridge woman is accused of leaving her 3-year-old child in a locked, parked vehicle early Thursday evening, July 18.
Katherin Ann Mowbray is charged with neglect of a minor and confining an unattended child, according to online court records.
Following a Friday morning bail review, Mowbray was released on electronic GPS monitoring with home detention and ordered to stay away from the child and have no contact with any minor children.
Mowbray is allowed to leave home for medical, legal and work appointments, according to the order issued by Dorchester County District Court Judge Melvin J. Jews.

And they piece of crap needs to be locked away forever because not only does everyone know you dont' ever leave a child alone any where you certainly don't do it in this heat unless your plan was really to kill the child.
