Chick-fil-A tops the list for customer satisfaction, again

Chick-fil-A is the top-rated fast-food restaurant in an annual survey by the American Customer Satisfaction Index for the fourth year in a row.

The chain restaurant, known for its chicken and good service, topped the survey released Tuesday that measures customer satisfaction for the largest fast-food companies. Chick-fil-A scored 86% customer satisfaction on the survey.

The next-placed restaurant, actually a group of smaller fast-food joints not explicitly named on the list, scored a combined 82%. Panera Bread came in third with 81%.

  6. Yea well UPS is joining Comcast as having the crappiest customer service.
We sent a package to a Chick Fil A job site in Indiana, and UPS:
    Did not deliver it
Charged us for a residential surcharge even tho it was a commercial area
Brought it back and charged us for that too

Then, we disputed it online, 5 times, no reply, sent 10 emails to customer service, no reply and the 888 # they give you doesn't let you talk to a person, plus all their (I don't do nuffin)-customer service people are in another country.

So I called their tech support line and made them give me a live person

Only took 2 months and 1 1/2 hours on the phone to be told the driver didn't do his job and they were trying to charge me for it.

What can Brown do for you? Nuffin. They don't do nuffin.
