The breed makes them run and sniff on the trail of something. My neighbor had a pen of these amazing hunting dogs when they went hunting he had one that would wonder off on the trail but he had a chip and info on a collar so that someone would report where Whiskey was. He loved his dogs and they were his children. Hope the pups get back home safe and sound.
If the owner has them as hunting dogs, he knows how to get them back. Quite simple really. But don't be a busybody and try to capture them, or take them to the pound. That will only impede the owner's efforts to get them back.
They were on the scent of something. I hope they find their way home or found.

ReplyDeleteIf you take them off of their trail, they will never get home. Leave them alone.
