National Bike To Work Day

Tuesday, May 14th is National Bike to Work Day, and we're celebrating by hosting a group ride from Salisbury University to Downtown Salisbury! Join us at 7:30 a.m. in front of Holloway Hall. We'll make our way down Camden, and over to Riverside where a stop at Rise Up Coffee Roasters will hold us up for just long enough to get that morning go-juice. Then it's on to Downtown and a wonderful workday! We'll see you on the 14th!

  3. How far are we going to push the bike thing? First purchased and then rounded up because they littered the whole town after the Festival #1 and returned them. Now we're making the same mistake again. The bike paths on city streets I might have seen 1 biker since it was implemented. The bike paths take away from road for 4 wheelers called vehicles. How many accidents caused by bikers, look in the City Park and country roads would be a good thing, a city of horrible roads and a lot of traffic not so good.

  6. I thought the bike route or at least the lines for the bike lane turned East on South Boulevard then Left on Waverly to Downtown. Guess they either forgot or will be painting new lines on Camden Monday.

  14. Yea nothing like getting to work and needing another shower!! Who wants to start their day with underwear stuck to their butt soaked in sweat. It's the eastern shore idiots not Annapolis stop trying to change our culture. I've heard a few of you idiots bragging how great it's worked for Berlin now look at them. Their idiot mayor proposed a 30% tax increase to keep his dog and pony show going. When do you idiots realize that our nation was formed and thrived the way it was for a reason? It's not meant to provide a circus atmosphere for all. It's not meant to invite all to come and live providing shelter and good. It was designed to get of your asses and go stake your OWN claim, not riding the backs of those that are struggling to make it now because their being taxed to death. Koom by ya MF'S I'm waiting for you to come try and take mine. Progressive liberal socialist SUCK and the older us "old white gun toting men" get we just don't give a F*** either so tread lightly
