    This is not her first rodeo - she had cats removed years ago. This is a joke. So after her probation she can have animals again. What kind of message is being sent?

    So , what was the use to have New Laws
    made to protect animals from abuse in
    this County?
    What does her sentence say to other abusers?
    The judge should be ashamed of himself !
    Disgusting , just disgusting and the Sheriff
    could have prevented it ALL from happening !!
    Just look up MD State Laws which override
    the Counties!
    NOOOO , to much trouble to
    rescue those animals for them , they might get
    their feet dirty in the pastures or have to smell
    the stench of dead horses who starved to death or
    died of preventable complications.
    WBOC Chopper got in there and showed the public
    what was really happening so -----THEY had to do
    something to look like they cared .
    We have a Disgusting bunch of people in power in
    this County !
