Yeah. They caught him waking in the area of the Vienna bridge. Where could he run to? There is a fence on both sides of the highway and a deep marsh. He didn’t actively run from them when they approached him. Read the release moron. He had fled an accident scene in Worcester County. He was only apprehended after HIS vehicle became disabled. To say they “caught the guy” is a bit generous. He was drunk and his car became disabled. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while.
