Chicago's top prosecutor Kim Foxx has been subpoenaed to appear in court by a retired appellate judge who is pushing for a special prosecutor to investigate the handling of the case against actor Jussie Smollett.

She should be. Something very fishy there. The whole deal just doesn't pass the smell test.
ReplyDeleteI hope they really dig into what happened in Smollett case. He should have been sentenced and got jail time, and yet he still loves the media attention and that smirky look like the cat that got in the cream look. It was a hate crime at his direction and should be dealt with as such.
