You guys crack me up. You claim to be all about capitalism, but seem to take a blind eye to the socialist approaches that form the backbone of major components of the US economy. Look at our leading industries in the US: Agriculture, Aerospace, Pharmaceuticals. All heavily supported by socialist engineering and far from purist capitalism.

You guys do understand that social security is really the prime example of the socialism and income distribution you claim to hate right? lol. Snag a part of someone's paycheck then give it to someone who is not working. 952 that money they took was already spent on your granny......and any number of pet projects, or for padding the budget to make it look like tax cuts didn't hit receipts as bad.

I dont think anyone is demonizing farmers. Just calling out the fallacy of many commenters' arguments here about socialisn vs capitalism.Farming is a prime example of gov subsidizing private industry to make it successfull.
