I can tell you the losers are going to be the American hard working tax paying public because they're all import vehicles. Whether they're Built-in America or not the money is still going back to Japan and Britain. Whether it depends on the speed of the vehicles, or the distance, do you remember the story of the gas powered Hare and the hybrid tortoise?
Definitely the Prius. When the Aston Martin stops for gas the Prius will still be rolling on
