A Delaware trooper was caught on video pulling a gun on an unarmed black man during a traffic stop last Thursday.
In the clip, Mack Buckley is seen sitting in his car waiting on the officer to come over to his vehicle.
'Out of the car,' the officer orders Buckley, who tells the officer that he's not getting out.
'No, no, no. You cannot, you cannot pull me out of this...' Buckley tells the officer just seconds before the trooper pulled out his weapon.

ReplyDelete7:06- ...but he did. What's the deal with you?
ReplyDeleteI believe if a police officer tells you to get out of the car during a traffic stop the first words out of his mouth should be "Get out of your car you are under arrest for _________", followed by telling you your rights. Otherwise you shouldn't be under any obligation to get out of your car.
ReplyDeleteJust do what the officer says and there’s no problem.
ReplyDeleteFailed to obey command of a Law Enforcement Officer, should have shot him then drag him from the vehicle!
ReplyDeleteThis is all I needed to read:
ReplyDelete"'Stop reaching for sh*t,' the officer told Buckley, who attempted to grab his phone."
How many police officers have been shot and killed because of a driver reaching for someone and they were too lax to do anything about it?
And then this:
"And it's disturbing that people would look at me and label me a suspect because I got pulled over by the police or the tone of my skin,' the father-of-three added."
Racists driver deserved to get the gun pulled on him. Too bad he didn't get shot for reaching for the "gun."
When he was told to get out of the car he should have gotten out of the car but Noooooo they have no respect for anything including authority. Bet this "father of 3" (3 different baby momma's no doubt because it's the same story with his type) has a record a mile long.
ReplyDeleteYou can take one looks at the pictures in the article taken from his facebook and tell he is a POS worthless thug.
ReplyDeleteWhat's so shocking about it? Shocking would have been if he would have been compliant and obeyed the trooper's orders.
ReplyDeleteHe set out to provoke this type of confrontation. Same old song and dance from the black
ReplyDeleteI'm curious how the Trooper got to be a Corporal. His gun training wasn't very good. Anybody else see the rookie mistake?
ReplyDeleteI saw a mistake. The black POS not following directions. I think they should be shot for not following directions. If more were these POS would ask how HIGH.
DeleteFor one he put his gun INSIDE the car. I wouldn't of done that.
DeleteThere's a man that was itching for a confrontation with a cop. He sped with the INTENT of being stopped so he could film HIS confrontation for publicity. Well he got that confrontation he wanted, and got arrested, just like anybody would, black or white. He is a race baiter, pure and simple.
ReplyDeleteI wouldnt be so quick to call him a race baiter. I am white and would find it suspicious that the very first words are "get out of the car" not hello please step out of the car. I would of reacted the same way probably. We are all human. And he WASNT a suspect. I THINK cop was pissed off before he even made the traffic stop
ReplyDelete@ February 23, 2019 at 7:50 PM. What, you a cop? You know what the proper procedure is? The officer had a reason to tell him to get out of the car. We have not heard his side of the story yet, so back off. That black man was trying to get something started. Always have to disrespect the officers. Try walking a mile in their shoes sometime. They have to put up with idiots like him every single day. I imagine he is sick and tired of those people not doing anything he says and disrespecting him when he is only trying to do his job.
