Is WBOC Punishing Bill?

Have you noticed when its warm out you don't see them sending reporters out for live shots but when its 20 degrees they send this guy out to freeze his butt off.

    Some people would prefer getting out of a studio & doing an external broadcast vs staying warm & toasty inside.I don't know you personally,but I'd bet the farm that you would go crazy (as would I)if you were couped up in an office all day.

    They also send out Angelo Bavaro in the dark of morning to stand in front of some building that we can't even see. What's the point of that if we can't even see where he is?
