Many said, you'll never survive opening your doors in the winter, they were wrong. Caribbean Joe's, (thanks to so many of you) is a great success. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is exactly what west Ocean City needed. When you spend a day where the bar is standing room only, well, I'd say I was right, they were wrong. Come see why so many people are traveling 30+ miles just to experience a great time/food. Today we'll feature Golf, NASCAR, $1.50 tacos, (unlike other local establishments charging $9.95 for just a taco and $1.00 extra for each topping like cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream) and so forth. We swing our doors at 11:00 AM and look forward to seeing you.
Joe, I have the upmost respect for you coming from a business owner myself. Opening a business is not easy and then keeping it going is another challenge. So yes, accomplishing this in the middle of the winter in the off season you deserve nothing but the best! I want to come down and try your great food, especially the tacos...my favorite!
9:16, Absolutely. When you enter the front of the restaurant the first room I designed around kids. It's separated from the bar area and I'm confident most kids will enjoy the decor.

7:39, Considering my bar only seats around 20 people it's easy to realize that we are maxed out and others are sitting at tables.
I, (as you know) have been involved elsewhere this time of year and I can assure you, there's only one or two people at their bar all day and night.
You can attempt to put me down as much as you like, I really don't care. "I" am the one going to the Bank every day, not you. "I" am the one with four people in the kitchen to keep up with the demand, not you. Sit on the outside and throw all the stones you want, Caribbean Joe's will out produce ANY West OC Bar this summer and you can take that to the bank as well. Oh, that's right, you don't have a business or a bank account.
I love how these non business owners sit on the outside and claim I'm a failure and I'll never survive. They say I can't pay the bills. Just remember folks, if you think the renovation of the old Alamo, the furnishings, the kitchen remodel and the whole nine yards was free, well, your nuts. It has all been paid for with CASH. No bank loans, like everyone else.
I'm so grateful so many of you are coming by and giving me the opportunity to not only meet you but for supporting and enjoying our food and atmosphere.
Congrats on your success Joe. I do think harborside and Sunset Grille will out produce you though. Also I do find it ironic that most of your followers are republican, pro trump, anti immigrant, pro wall individuals and your number one selling item/special is tacos lol
