  7. 19 05FORD BLK TRK = MSP Ford Explorer. So he's driving drunk is a taxpayer owned vehicle. What are the consequences? What would they be if it were one of the serfs? I'll wager his court date won't show up on casesearch, just like NRP officer John Massey's did not until well after it was over. Two sets of rules, friends. I'm surprised they didn't just give him a ride home. Respect to the officer that charged him!

  9. How can I find out when this goes to trial if it ever does. I hope no judge ever accepts any type of plea deal.

    1. Google "Maryland case search" and click on the first link that comes up. Click the box to accept their terms & then continue. Search the exact last name and first name. It'll come up on next page under Snow Hill court because it happened in Worcester county.

    2. You think this was his first time? Guarantee you OCPD gave him a minimum of 2 courtesy rides before, wouldnt surprise me if Sheriff and State also gave him a few passes, before OCPD decided to finally actually charge him.

      Never heard of them.

  11. He will get away with it just like the Fruitland cop did. All other people pay huge fines and have to attend classes even for a first offense.

  16. Case type "Traffic Citation." What, was he speeding, or did he run a stop sign? I thought DWI & DUI were their own violations. Funny, the case information doesn't mention what the traffic citation is for. Or not, if you believe the MSP won't police their own, like they do to the rest of us. By calling it a "traffic Citation" it is already being turned into a lessor charge that won't carry any of the penalties that a DWI or DWI would carry. Aren't they slick? I bet he didn't even have to get an attorney to have the actual violation struck from the record.

  17. The press release should be done by NRP. They were the arresting agency.

Sorry scooter - you are an idiot! When you are in a position such as his you are held to a higher standard. Personally, I think he should be fired and lose all state benefits. I know plenty of people that drink and never drive. It is not that hard ----SCOOTER!!

  20. 7:56 did you say Jake Day was busted? DUI? DWI? What? When? Man I love it when those who think they are better than everyone else get busted.

  21. Personally, I believe that Captain Black should be given the benefit of the doubt until such time as he's convicted in a Court of Law. All of us have had our darker moments. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

    1. You don't get a benefit of a doubt with a dui when you refuse a breathalyzer. You are giving up that privilege

  22. Hey trooper black you can pay me to drive you around. I will need $31,000 a year to do it.
