    Can you pardon someone who is actively committing a crime and will continue committing it after the pardon is granted?

    He cannot pardon these illegals , they have broken a federal law ,he doesn't have federal authority, Cuomo is an idiot.

    It is not a deliberate act on Trump's part to keep immigrants out. There is a lawful process which must be followed to allow immigrants to enter our country LEGALLY. There are known people with ties to terrorist groups from other countries traveling with these groups entering illegally. Our government's number one priority by law is to protect its citizens and their properties. The Democrats used to understand that. They show ignorance now only to gain their votes. That is the only way they can win elections now.
