Trump Attacks Merkel: "The People Of Germany Are Turning Against Their Leadership"

Moments after Angela Merkel received a 2-week ultimatum to resolve Germany's increasingly contentious refugee issue which couldculminate with Merkel resignation, Donald Trump decided to capitalize on Merkel's misfortune, and in a tweet claimed that "the people of Germany are turning against their leadership as migration is rocking the already tenuous Berlin coalition. Crime in Germany is way up. Big mistake made all over Europe in allowing millions of people in who have so strongly and violently changed their culture!"

On Donald Trump's "Madness" & A New Gold Standard

Way back in 1995, when Mexico was in the throes of another financial crisis, I figured out the problem of the existing world's monetary system, based on the paper dollar as the fundamental currency of the world.

In my ignorance, I did not know that a man named Triffin had already pointed out that problem, which became known as "Triffin's Dilemma".

The problem is really very simple:

If the dollar - such as it is - is going to be the basis of the world's monetary system, and therefore required by all Central Banks as Reserves, there is only one way that these CBs can obtain those Reserves: their countries are forced to undersell all US producers, in order to be able to sell more to the US, than they buy from the US.

The difference between the dollars they get from sales, is more, than the dollars they spend to buy from the US. That difference - known as the US Trade Deficit - flows to the CBs of the world and swells their Reserves.

So if Mr. Trump wants to cut down, or even ideally abolish the Trade Deficit, that would mean that foreign CBs would have to find it much harder to obtain dollars for their Reserves. Mr. Trump apparently does not want to have foreign CBs use dollars as Reserves, by making it very difficult to obtain those dollars - which they can only get if the US runs a Trade Deficit.

What that great world monetary system based on the paper dollar has done to the US, was quite unexpected: it consists in obtaining foreign goods by tendering paper money in payment, something that is fundamentally fraudulent. And that fraud has come back to haunt the US, quite unexpectedly.

Byron York: What do Republicans suspect really happened in the FBI Trump-Russia investigation?

The struggle to uncover the FBI's conduct in the Trump-Russia probe has made some congressional investigators deeply suspicious of the bureau. But what do those investigators think the FBI actually did in its investigation of the Trump campaign, Russia, and the 2016 election?

First, they're convinced the FBI has something to hide. In the last 12 months, the bureau has, at various times, ignored, slow-walked, resisted, and downright stonewalled congressional requests, not to mention subpoenas, for information on the Trump-Russia investigation.

Each time the bureau hunkered down, suspicion grew on Capitol Hill. The FBI seemed particularly reluctant to reveal to Congress not what Russians did, or what people in the Trump circle did, but what the bureau itself did.

Laura Bush's critique of Trump's immigration policy rings hollow

On Sunday night, Father's Day, former first lady Laura Bush expressed how disheartened she is over the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy on undocumented immigrants, specifically with respect to children being separated from their parents.

In her op-ed, appearing on the Washington Post, Bush wrote, "I live in a border state. I appreciate the need to enforce and protect our international boundaries, but this zero-tolerance policy is cruel. It is immoral. And it breaks my heart."

She continued, "Our government should not be in the business of warehousing children in converted box stores or making plans to place them in tent cities in the desert outside of El Paso. These images are eerily reminiscent of the Japanese American internment camps of World War II, now considered to have been one of the most shameful episodes in U.S. history."

Laura Bush Outraged By U.S. Border Policy, A-OK With Hubby Destroying The Middle East

Though Obama did the same for years, for some reason she only cares about it now that it’s a rallying point for #TheResistance

Laura Bush had no issue with her husband “permanently separating” hundreds of thousands of families from their loves ones in the Middle East in a war based on lies, but she’s outraged by the US government separating children from their illegal immigrant parents caught invading America.

Though Obama did the same for years, for some reason she only cares about it now that it’s a rallying point for #TheResistance.

White House: Democrats' only solution for illegal immigrants is to 'release them into the interior'

White House spokesman Hogan Gidley accused Democrats on Monday of staking out a position on immigration that says the only acceptable policy for handling illegal immigrants is to let them in the country.

"Democrats are saying you can't deport them, you can't detain them, you can't prosecute them," he said on Fox News. "The only thing you can do for a Democrat is to release them into the interior without any ramification for what they've done by breaking our laws."

"It's absolutely incredible," he said.

Obama-Land Fiasco Worsens - Chicago Taxpayers Now Face $224 Million Bill

The taxpayer bill for the Obama Center to be built on Chicago’s Southside now appears to be $224 million, not $172 million as initially reported, and it’s certainly not privately funded as initially promised.

And how many Chicagoans know they may be subject to a special property tax, in addition to those amounts, for the center?

The elements of that $224 million are described in a Washington Examiner article yesterday. We shouldn’t be surprised because funding was stuck into the new Illinois budget — over 900 pages presented to the General Assembly only hours before being voted on it. It’s only now being read closely.

My monthly article in Crain’s, written early last week, is a polite request to former President Obama to turn down public funding and raise the money himself. Scratch that. With more known and public anger rising, a demand is in order, and maybe the whole project should be scrapped.

The public has been bamboozled. To see why, you should first understand what’s nicely laid out in the federal lawsuit filed last month by Protect Our Parks, a not-for-profit.

Senate: Two-Tiered Justice System In FBI Clinton/Trump Investigations

Had Horowitz not discovered the anti-Trump texts between Strzok and Page, they would still be investigating the Trump campaign

IG confirms his office is handling investigation into Comey’s leaking of personal memos to his friend and the New York Times

There was a clear breakdown in the FBI culture, with senior agents being wined and dined by reporters

Chairman Charles Grassley of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee outlined the stark double standard at Monday’s much-anticipated hearing with the FBI’s handling of its investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server for government business and the bureau’s highly partisan investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign.

Grassley, R-Iowa, stated “justice should be blind” but contended that it was not in the case of FBI’s handling of the Clinton and Trump investigations. He noted that based on the evidence collected in the more than 500-page report released by Inspector General Michael Horowitz last week, along with information and evidence collected by numerous Congressional committees, evidence of bias against Trump was insurmountable.

Grassley stressed, “most of the time, evidence of political bias is not so explicit. The details in this report confirm what the American people have suspected all along. Hillary Clinton got the kid-glove treatment.”

“The contrast to the Russia probe is stark,” Grassley stated. “The biggest difference, of course, is the appointment of a Special Counsel. Attorney General (Loretta) Lynch refused to appoint one. The appearance of political influence was inevitable.”

Mueller’s Bumbling and Hysterical Special Counsel Team Is Getting Pummeled in Court – Media Is Ignoring All of This

The attorneys representing Concord Management, one of the Russian Companies that the corrupt Mueller team accused of impacting the 2016 Presidential election, crushed the “Unlawfully Appointed Special Counsel” in court last week again.

They continue to make a laughing stock out of the Mueller team of misfit and conflicted attorneys.

Mueller’s team of ignorant and misguided attorneys really have no chance. They never expected anyone to take them to court on their fake Russian indictments and are certainly no match for the attorneys representing Concord Management.

Proverbial Ham Sandwich

We first reported that Concord Management’s lawyer’s previously said Mueller indicted “the proverbial ham sandwich.” The reason the Concord Management attorneys called the case a ‘proverbial ham sandwich’ was because one of the entities indicted by the Mueller team, Concord Catering, was not in existence at the time the crimes were alleged to have taken place.

Next we reported on May 18th that the Mueller case against the Russians was falling apart. Lawyers defending the Russian company Concord Management indicted by the corrupt Mueller team again called out Mueller’s liberal hacks and labeled their allegations as “made up” nonsense. Concord Management’s lawyers revealed that Mueller’s team ignored over 70 discovery requests they had made for information before the case. In response Mueller’s team offered to give Concord Management’s lawyers a massive amount of social media data from those dangerous trolls (jk) who sought to influence the US election and the majority of it was in RUSSIAN. Mueller’s lawyers then admitted they don’t even have English translations for the Russian social media posts. So Mueller’s lawyers don’t have English translations to the Russian social media posts but we’re supposed to believe that Americans were influenced by these posts?
Then among other things previously reported, Mueller’s corrupt attorney Jeannie Rhee went on to align the 10 Russians identified by the Mueller team as members of an ‘organization’. The Russian company’s attorney responded to the judge who apparently understood that these Russians were all members of Concord Management. He said:

No that’s not correct. The individual defendants? No. It’s not even alleged who they are. They’re alleged to be associated with something called an “organization,” which is a made up thing by the special counsel. They just made it up, and they called it an “organization”. We’re not even alleged to be part of the organization. We’re alleged to have funded it. But those people don’t work for us. It’s not alleged they they work for us.

The End Of Merkel?

CDU Lawmaker Admits Germany Could Have A New Chancellor “By The End Of Next Week”

It’s looking increasingly likely that German Chancellor Angela Merkel may have attended her last G-7 conference.

A day after the euro whipsawed on conflicting reports touting the collapse of Merkel’s governing coalition, a lawmaker from Merkel’s own party said the Chancellor could be out by the end of next week during an appearance on BBC World at One (via Express). On Friday, German media reported that Merkel’s junior coalition partner, the CSU, had announced the end of its alliance with Merkel’s CDU – though that report was quickly denied.

While the German public’s anger over Merkel’s “open door” policy has been simmering for years, the instability within the ruling coalition – which features a decades-old political alliance between the CDU and CSU – intensified when Merkel decided over the weekend to veto a planby Interior Minister Horst Seehofer aimed at controlling and reducing illegal migration. The minister’s refusal to back down has already shattered an uneasy truce between conservative backers and opponents of her liberal asylum policy.

The government's creepy obsession with your face

The government is obsessed with your face. Do not be flattered. This is more of a creepy stalker fixation.

From the federal Department of Homeland Security down to local police departments, governmental use of biometric facial recognition software has gained a startling amount of traction in recent years. And these agencies are getting help from big business, to boot.

For example, DHS is reportedly developing a massive new biometric and biographic database with extensive data on citizens and foreigners alike. The Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART) database will reportedly include at least seven biometric identifiers, including face and voice data, tattoos, DNA, scars, and other "physical descriptors" on as many as 500 million people. The agency has been remarkably hush-hush on how HART will be utilized — but the possibilities are frightening.

DHS expects to launch the new database next fiscal year, according to internal documents. By the following year, they anticipate having iris and facial matching capabilities, and by fiscal year 2021, the database is expected to be functioning in its full capacity. This massive and intrusive initiative will grant a whole host of federal, state, and local agencies access to intimate details about hundreds of millions of Americans and foreigners.

Here's how the government casts that:

FBI Lawyer Warned Against Angering Hillary: ‘She Might Be Our Next President’

(CNSNews) - Then-FBI Attorney Lisa Page, who served as special counsel to then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and who had an extra-marital affair with FBI agent Peter Strzok, sent messages to McCabe, Strzok and a McCabe adviser warning that the FBI should be careful not to perturb Hillary Clinton in the way they structured their interview with her because “she might be our next president.”

As pointed out in the report released Thursday by the inspector general of the Department Justice, both Page and Strzok, who worked on the FBI investigation of Clinton's use of a private email server when she was secretary of state, were supportive of Clinton and antagonistic toward Donald Trump.

“God Hillary should win 100,000,000-0,” Strzok said, for example, in a text message to Page on March 3, 2016, when both Strzok and Page were involved in the Clinton investigation and Clinton was running in the Democratic primaries.

“God trump is a loathsome human,” Page said to Strzok in a text message that same day.

Just How Far Are Democrats Lurching Left?

The expected electoral Blue Wave in 2018 has been tempered a bit considering the positive economic news based on the tremendous reversal in unemployment that sweeps across demographics with wages rising, consumer confidence soaring and small business optimism through the roof. Democrats’ recourse has been to double down on the extremist #Resist movement to the point that they’re literally hoping for recession just to get Donald Trump.

This thinking has positioned Democrats against the sweeping Republican tax cuts that have opened the economic flow of activity, against real DACA reform and against sweeping diplomatic efforts such as the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. Put another way, they’re against peace and prosperity.

Now that’s a party platform that appeals to the masses!

This past week, a large gathering of the political Left occurred in Washington, DC — the We the People Summit. The event can be best summarized by a quote made by one of the event’s moderators and president of Demos, a progressive Democrat policy organization: “We’re not just pulling the party to the left. We’re pulling the party into the future.”

The list of host sponsors, in addition to Demos, tells the story:

IG: Some at FBI Suspected ‘Political Bias’ in Obama’s Public Exoneration of Hillary

President Barack Obama’s public comments about Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server – while the FBI was still investigating it -- raised “a suspicion” among some at the FBI that “there was a political bias...going on from the Executive Branch,” as one official told the Justice-Department inspector-general.

Several FBI officials told the inspector general they were concerned about "the potential impact on the investigation" after Obama told CBS's "60 Minutes" that Hillary made a "mistake" but she did not endanger national security.

According to the report:

Ron Paul Asks "Why Can't We Sue The TSA For Assault?"

When I was in Congress and had to regularly fly between DC and Texas, I was routinely subjected to invasive “pat-downs” (physical assaults) by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). One time, exasperated with the constant insults to my privacy and dignity, I asked a TSA agent if he was proud to assault innocent Americans for a living.

I thought of this incident after learning that the TSA has been compiling a “troublesome passengers” list. The list includes those who have engaged in conduct judged to be “offensive and without legal justification” or disruptive of the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Libertarian journalist James Bovard recently pointed out that any woman who pushed a screener’s hands away from her breasts could be accused of disrupting the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Passengers like me who have expressed offense at TSA screeners are likely on the troublesome passengers list.

Minimum Wages Might Mean Fewer Benefits, So Let's Not #Fightfor15

A recent working paper from the National Bureau of Economic Research by the economists Jeffrey Clemens, Lisa B. Kahn, and Jonathan Meer should make us pause and question the wisdom of higher minimum wages. The economists explore how minimum wages affect the probability of employer-provided health coverage and find that a chunk of the increased earnings for workers who get higher wages will be offset by a reduction in employer-provided health coverage.

There are a lot of ways minimum wages can hurt the people they’re supposed to help. By raising the price of something in a competitive market, people will demand less of it. And while there is some mixed evidence, it does appear to be the case that minimum wages reduce employment.

In the simplest versions of the labor market, we assume that workers work for one thing and one thing only: wages. We know this isn’t strictly true, but it’s a good enough approximation that brings us some important insights into how labor markets work.

Connecticut wins the dubious award of most psychopathic state in the US, followed by California in second, and New Jersey third. New York and Wyoming tie for joint fourth place, followed by Maine. The least psychopathic state is West Virginia, followed by Vermont, Tennessee, North Carolina, and New Mexico. The full list of psychopathic states is below:

EXCLUSIVE: Moms Of Children Killed By Illegal Aliens Slam Media For Hypocritical Coverage Of Border Separations

The “Angel Moms” of two American sons killed by illegal aliens told The Daily Caller how they felt about the media coverage of migrant parents separated from their children at the border.

The mothers told TheDC that there was huge hypocrisy in the mainstream media focusing on migrant parents instead of American parents who were permanently separated from their children after those children were killed by illegal aliens.

“There is hypocrisy in many ways. The total disregard for American families ripped apart because of illegal criminals, the total lack of concern for children in the U.S. being raped in North Carolina by illegals at disgusting numbers (some months over 400 child rapes by illegals), no concern [for] homeless American children or Veterans who would do anything to have what’s provided [to] these children. Yet, our politicians call it inhumane treatment. Would they rather these kids coming across our borders stay with the adults who aren’ttheir biological parents but have kidnapped them to get across the border as a ‘family unit?'” Mary Ann Mendoza told TheDC.

Mendoza’s story is absolutely heartbreaking.

Infowars Right Again: War Inside FBI Triggered Reopening of Clinton Email Probe

IG Report confirms patriot agent concerned McCabe delayed probe into Anthony Weiner’s laptop

The Inspector General’s report reveals that the FBI reopened Hillary Clinton’s email probe due to pressure from a case agent concerned over private Clinton emails found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, confirming Infowars reports from October 2016.

The report explains how a patriot FBI agent was dumbfounded over the fact that top FBI leadership had taken no action in almost a month over the discovery of a batch of emails found on Weiner’s laptop.

“The crickets I was hearing was really making me uncomfortable because something was going to come crashing down…. And my understanding, which is uninformed because…I didn’t work the Hillary Clinton matter,” the agent said in page 302 of the report.

Dems Exploit Children of Illegals for Political Fodder

Appealing to emotions with false assertions, Democrats and their propaganda mouthpieces in the mainstream media have manufactured a campaign issue they seek to ride all the way to the November elections. As President Donald Trump has cracked down on illegal immigration, Democrats are shouting about his zero-tolerance law-enforcement policy that sometimes separates children from parents who illegally cross the U.S. border. As Democrats have increasingly run to the fainting couches, some have even ridiculously compared Trump’s law enforcement to that of Nazi Germany. It’s a classic case of uninformed emotions leading to calls for changing a policy few even care to understand.

First and foremost, the Trump administration has not changed any rules that govern the nation’s immigration and border enforcement. As Rich Lowry of National Review explains, “Separation happens only if officials find that the adult is falsely claiming to be the child’s parent, or is a threat to the child, or is put into criminal proceedings.”

NY TIMES SMEARS TRUMP OVER MIGRANT LINK TO CRIME IN GERMANY, BUT HE’S RIGHT

VIOLENT crime is up, and 90% of it is due to migrants

The media is demonizing Donald Trump over a tweet in which he blamed migrants for the rise of crime in Germany by claiming he’s lying, but Trump is largely correct.

Obama’s Immigration Agencies Separated Children From Their Families, Too

The Trump administration has an intentional and explicit policy of separating migrant children from their families if caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border without permission. Long before that, however, the administration of Barack Obama ramped up a program with a sometimes similar effect.

Since 2008, the United States has had a policy known as the Alien Transfer Exit Program (ATEP), or Lateral Repatriation. This program focuses on detaining male migrants of Mexican descent.

Here’s how it works: Once an immigrant is caught attempting to cross the border without documentation, they are detained, flown or bused across the United States and then shown the exit at another segment of the U.S.-Mexico border–thousands of miles from their original point of entry.

Police: Black woman declares 'I hate white people' before attacking Ride On bus passengers

GAITHERSBURG, Md. (ABC7) — A black woman declared her disdain for "white people" before pummeling two white passengers on board a moving Ride On bus, Gaithersburg Police said.

Kimberly Jordan, 24, of Silver Spring, is charged with racial harassment, obstructing and second-degree assault due to her alleged offensive and physically painful antics.

It was 9 p.m. on a Monday. The Ride On bus was operating a route near the intersection of Frederick Avenue and Travis Avenue, just north of the Lakeforest Mall.

Jordan allegedly began to stare at two white passengers and then murmured, "I hate white people." A short while later, Jordan, who weighs 250 pounds, reportedly stood up and clocked the female white passenger in the face. The male white passenger attempted to defend his friend, but got smacked in the face as well, police state.

The male victim suffered a "long" cut to this nose while the female victim had a number of scratches on her palms, likely defensive wounds.

WHY WEREN’T LIBERALS FURIOUS ABOUT THESE PHOTOS OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT DETENTIONS UNDER OBAMA?

Much of the media coverage over the last few weeks has focused on the policy of separating illegal immigrant children from their parents on the US border.

The Trump administration has come under fire for enforcing the policy, which calls for criminal prosecution of would-be immigrants who cross the border illegally, therefore separating them from their children.

The outrage has struck some reporters as peculiar, particularly since there was abject silence and a lack of outrage when the Obama administration treated illegal immigrants in a similar fashion.

Barack Obama deported more people than any president in history and reached a record number — 97,000 — of criminal prosecutions in 2013 for illegal border crossings. Breitbart Texas reporter Brandon Darby toured detention facilities under the Obama administration.

Comey refuses to testify to Congress, Grassley says McCabe pleads Fifth Amendment

Fired FBI Director James Comey refused to appear before Congress on Monday to talk about his handling of the Clinton email investigation, and his fired deputy, Andrew McCabe, asserted his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Sen. Charles E. Grassley said.

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch also declined to show up for a major hearing where the Senate Judiciary Committee was looking into the inspector general’s report detailing major bungles in Mr. Comey’s handling of the Clinton investigation.

Mr. Comey’s lawyer said he was out of the country — though Mr. Grassley, committee chairman, said he saw Mr. Comey was in Iowa over the weekend, visiting a key state in presidential campaigning.

“He has time for book tours and television interview, but apparently no time to assist this committee,” Mr. Grassley, an Iowa Republican, said.

Prekindergarten Expansion Grants Awarded To Wicomico County

MSDE Awards $ 26.5 Million in Funds to Grow PreK Education

BALTIMORE (June 18, 2018) – The Maryland State Department of Education’s Division of Early Childhood has awarded 53 grants to serve four-year-olds in high-quality prekindergarten classrooms in Maryland.

Each of the State’s 19 school systems that applied have been funded for one or more additional PreK classrooms. In addition, community-based and Head Start programs in 12 jurisdictions have been funded. The approximately $26 million in grant awards will provide four-year-old children from low-income families access to full-day prekindergarten in school year 2018-2019.

“Early learning programs are critically important to the development of our youth, and provide a foundation of educational support for children from economically disadvantaged households,” said Governor Larry Hogan. “These grants are a much-needed investment that will directly impact the next generation of Marylanders.”

Systems receiving funds are:

Allegany County - $73,440
Baltimore City - $1,175,040
Baltimore County - $660,960
Carroll County - $146,880
Caroline County - $1,332,936
Charles County - $119,880
Dorchester - $844,560
Frederick County - $293,760
Garrett County - $146,880
Harford County - $859,248
Montgomery County - $1,175,040
Prince Georges County - $1,957,176
Queen Anne's County - $440,640
Somerset County - $220,320
St. Mary's County - $293,760
Talbot County - $271,728
Washington County - $1,248,480
Wicomico County - $1,674,747

For the past three years these funds have allowed school systems and early childhood programs to increase the length of the day from a half day to a full day, fund highly qualified and certified Early Childhood teachers in each classroom, and serve more vulnerable children who otherwise would not have access to the early education they need for success in school. Maryland’s statewide plan expands high-quality prekindergarten, provides intensive technical assistance, and ensures comprehensive services are accessible in many high-need communities.

These grants have been awarded since 2015 using funds provided to Maryland through the federal Preschool Development Grant – Expansion Grant program and matching state funds made possible through the passage of the Prekindergarten Expansion Act of 2014 (Senate Bill 332).

A total of $88,216,000 will have been provided through this program over the four years of the grant.

Gallup: Satisfaction with direction of country highest since 2005

Satisfaction with the direction the country is going is higher today than it's been since 2005, according to the most recent Gallup survey.

Thirty-eight percent of Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in the United States today, similar to last month's 37% satisfaction rate but marking the numerical high since a 39% reading in September 2005.

The satisfaction rate, which Gallup has measured at least monthly since 2001, has now topped 35% three times this year – a level reached only three times in the previous 12 years (once each in 2006, 2009 and 2016).

Satisfaction with the nation is now back to the historical average of 37% for this trend, which was first measured in 1979, but is far below the majority levels reached in the economic boom times of the mid-1980s and late 1990s.

Not surprisingly, Republicans are more ebullient about the direction of the country compared to Democrats. But it is striking that the largest increase in satisfaction occurred in rural America compared to big cities and small towns.

Higher vitamin D levels cut colorectal cancer risk by 31%, major international study finds

Higher vitamin D levels significantly drive down colorectal cancer risk, a large new international study has found.

The vitamin, found in fatty fish and sunshine, was found to strengthen resistance to stomach tumors by blocking a common gateway that cancer cells pass through - and it was most protective in women.

The report, led by the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, adds weight to a long-suspected theory which, until now, had not been proven.

It also suggested the ideal amount of vitamin D we should be aiming for may be higher than current guidelines suggest.

This study is yet another reminder to prioritize loading up on vitamin D, since around three quarters of Americans and a fifth of Brits are deficient - but while the vitamin is hard to find in natural foods, experts warn to scrutinize supplements that may not have been tested rigorously.

Poll: 60% of Liberals Say Teen Sex is ‘Morally Acceptable'

The lastest results in Gallup's annual "Values and Beliefs"survey show that 60% of liberals believe teenagers having sex is "morally acceptable" while only 26% of conservatives say it is morally acceptable.

For the converse, 70% of conservatives say teen sex is "morally wrong" but only 37% of liberals say the same.

In the survey, Gallup asked, "I'm going to read you a list of issues. Regardless of whether or not you think it should be legal, for each one, please tell me whether you personally believe that in general it is morally acceptable or morally wrong. How about -- sex between teenagers?"

From the 1,024 adults surveyed, 54% said teen sex was "morally wrong" but 42% said it was "morally acceptable."

For the latter percentage, 42%, that's up 6 points from 36% in 2017, and it is up 10 points from when Gallup started asking the question in 2013.
