ReplyDeleteI think you're missing the point. Auto theft is a major problem in Newark. This person knows that and knows not too many car thief's come prepared with bolt cutters. The car thief sees this and moves on

ReplyDeleteNewark, NJ's former mayor now styles himself as Spartacus. During his term as mayor it was uncertain if he actually resided there although he had an address of record. Perhaps his make-believe friend T-Bone kept the lights on for him.
