    They fire an automatic rifle at someone in the middle of town and let a DOG chase them to the top of a car??

    LOL!

    They will beat you into a hospital for SAYING SOMETHING they don't like, but run like girls from a DOG??

    Shoot that dog and arrest the owner After the SWAT team shows up for a barking dog....
