With just over 400 days left until the Iowa caucuses (set for Feb. 3, 2020), a recent poll confirmed what many Americans probably already suspected: despite the growing popularity of progressives and Democratic Socialists like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (who won't be eligible to run for president until 2024), Vice President Joe Biden remains the most popular 2020 presidential contender.
To wit, a CNN/Des Moines Register poll released Saturday showed that former Vice President Joe Biden would likely win the Iowa caucuses if they were held tomorrow. He was followed by Bernie Sanders in second place, and Texas Congressman Beto O'Rourke in third.

ReplyDeleteFirst place he is too old to hold the office. 2nd place he has lost the respect of the people who once believed in him I among them, his behavior around women and young children is just down right creepy now. And he has defended Hillary which has made him loose all respect. I was so proud once that he had served and become our Vice President someone from the Eastern Shore and always seemed to be a real straight up, honest man, but he has changed or we really never knew him at all.

He'll probably tout Family Values and can bring his credit card thief niece, drug abusing daughter and his son, the one who ditched his wife to pursue his widowed sister-in-law.
