    Where is the suspects name? Actually, he isn’t a suspect. As he was arrested, he is deemed to be the “accused”.

    That is a correct spelling of marihuana. Both are accepted.

    9:08am - that is a correct spelling, and the spelling that is on the law books so it has to match that.
